I have, for quite some time now, had quite the mishmash life. I am a trained writer and poet. I am a musician running a music venue. I carve lobal expansion jewelry, ie. plugs. I manage a music gear shop. I am a worship leader and full-time minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I listen to a lot of music. I attend a lot of concerts. I ride my bike everywhere, partially because the aforementioned positions don’t exactly pay a lot, but mostly because I like the self-propelled/no gas aspect of it all. On top of it all–I actually like the “lone horseman” feeling of getting groceries on my bike at 10 degrees. I would like to start a snow bike revolution, if I had my rule over this small UP town. That is the frontier, my frontier. And I am loving every moment of sticking my grossly bearded face into the cold north wind and telling the Upper Peninsula to “WAKE UP!”
Here’s a quick rundown for those who were “scared” of the largeness of this last paragraph:
Poems
Concert Reviews
Album Reviews
Snow Biking Journal
Devotions for Musicians
and much more!
